I like the pack but not sure what the two velcro strips are for?

I ordered the wrong size, it was just slightly too small for my baby but the backpack itself was quality material. I should've ordered a large but I'm currently in the process of exchanging it which was also super simple
The bag is super comfortable for not only me, but also my dog. He is very comfortable sitting and being in the bag for long periods of time and he absolutely loves it.
This fits great ! My pup Odin seems comfortable in the pack. He’s 3 years old so it took a minute to get him to figure out what was going on. Once I had it on, it was comfortable on myself and Odin was digging the idea. Now he can come with the rest of the pack, on snowmobiling and four wheeler adventures 🐾🐶
