Best customer service! They shipped the wrong size to my son for my new grandpup’s Christmas present. He called and they had the correct one water treated and sent out the next day.
Had my dog get into it, which was a little bit of a workout but with some practice it should be no problem.
Fit good. I put my 45lb border collie in it and for reference I’m a 5’7” female that weighs around 135 lbs. it works pretty well with distributing the weight so that he didnt feel super heavy.
Our family loves this backpack for our Shiba puppy! The build is quality and a great feature is that there’s room for him to grow! Even our 5yr old wanted to test out wearing it haha. Thanks k9sportsack for creating such an awesome doggy backpack. 😊
