For a three pound chihuahua this XS pack is do-able. She still has some room to stretch out her legs and be comfy in there. She loves it for walks and for bike rides. 😍
The trainer is our second pack. We initially bought the Air 2 in a Small, which fits our dog nice and snug. He is a great traveler on hikes or bikes and gets excited as soon as we show him the K-9 sport sack. Now that he is a professional backpack dog, we bought a medium Trainer with a booster block. We allow him to have a little more freedom with his arms out (personal choice) and sitting up higher. His body is long, so he still has plenty of support within the backpack. I'm not sure who loves K-9 sport sack more...Tommy our dog or us!

I bought an XSmall and have to use a rolled up hand towel in the bottom to lift Oscar 🐶 up some bc the cube lift pushed him up too far and his body wouldn’t fit. He is only 7 pounds 10 weeks old, so I got also got a size Small for when he gets older. He will be a max of 25 pounds adult size. I have Silkie Chickens 🐥 and I want him to be around them while I’m in the Coop, so I put him in the pack 🎒 and we go do Coop duties together. We also going to use it for hiking 🥾 when his little legs get tired. These K9 packs are so awesome 🤩 and I’m glad I found them!
Our little rescue pup who, had a broken leg, still loves to go hiking with us (she's a brave, determined little girl!) but we know when she needs a break. This backpack has allowed us to still be able to take her along so she can enjoy the outdoors with us. It's perfect for her!
