Great quality.

We order Les the Plus 2 for our dog Maggie in a medium. The quality is great on this pack, super nice zippers, nice durable fabric etc. but the medium was a little small. The exchange was very easy and we should have our Large pack very soon. The customer service was really great and quick to respond!
